Items That Cannot Be Returned
To maintain hygiene, safety, and fairness, we do not accept returns for:
Items that have been used or placed after delivery
Products with broken seals or missing original packaging
Items that were damaged after delivery due to mishandling
Custom-made or personalized furniture unless damaged in transit
Conditions for Return Approval
To qualify for a return:
The item must be in unused condition
All original packaging, labels, and tags must be intact
The return request must be made within 3 days of receiving the item
Replacements are subject to stock availability

Order Cancellation Policy

If the item hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll cancel and refund your payment
Orders already dispatched or custom-built cannot be cancelled
