Note: Some items may have brand-specific or product-specific return policies. In such cases, those conditions will apply and take precedence.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return in the following situations:

  • Damaged on Arrival: If the item arrives broken, chipped, or in poor condition

  • Wrong Item Delivered: If you received something other than what you ordered

  • Product Not as Described: Major differences in design, material, or finish compared to the listing

  • Size/Dimension Issues: If the received product significantly differs in size from what was ordered

Items That Cannot Be Returned

To maintain hygiene, safety, and fairness, we do not accept returns for:

  • Items that have been used or placed after delivery

  • Products with broken seals or missing original packaging

  • Items that were damaged after delivery due to mishandling

  • Custom-made or personalized furniture unless damaged in transit

Conditions for Return Approval

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in unused condition

  • All original packaging, labels, and tags must be intact

  • The return request must be made within 3 days of receiving the item

Replacements are subject to stock availability

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement

  • If the item hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll cancel and refund your payment

  • Orders already dispatched or custom-built cannot be cancelled
